I provide a full shopping list for all the items needed for your to purchase, however I am happy to purchase these on your behalf with the discussed budget. Any items ordered through House Of Hanalei require payment prior to placement of the order. I will provide access to trade discounts wherever offered to me (10-30% off RRP)

this will depend on the size of the project. I will be on site initially to measure up, meet with tradesman and to work closely with you on the design but once the project is underway I will visit site only when necessary or when requested by you. This will be charged @ my hourly rate.

I like to advise clients to use their own trades as that is the most reliable option, however I am happy to recommend tradesmen where necessary. Please note: I can only recommend them as a third party. Any direct issues, construction concerns or building works undertaken are to be dealt with between yourselves and the tradesman
